Well bob the answer is quite obvious. The US has been getting hammered with foreign products since 1973. Gas prices shot up and voltswagon and honda started flooding the american market. It was the first major forign competition and it was running US companies out of buisiness. Thats what i got and thats what you need.

I think women should be paid the same amount as men. If they have the same qualifications and education, gender should not matter. As long as a woman is doing her job correctly, there is no reason she should be paid less a man. And most of the time, women are more organized and can do the job better then a man could. So basically, we should give women a chance.

Please note, this is Marc Pandrea; AKA Plaid. After reading through many of your posts, I simply cannot help but comment on the plethra of spelling errors present. However, that’s neither here nor there. Depending on where you live in the United States, the illusion of inequality is often created. I say illusion because for the most part, laws of discrimination have made unequal pay and treatment illegal. Am I saying this no longer happens? Not at all, I am simply saying it’s against the law and not as common as many think. The only real difference in employment, be it race, nationality, or sex; is simply the treatment given by the employer. I would certainly hope that people would have the decency and common sense to realize we are all human, and it is our duty and purpose to better ourselves, those around us, our communities, and the world in general.

I agree with Fallon. Women should be paid the same as men, only and only if they give the same amount of work. If a woman works harder than a man, then the woman should be paid higher than the man. Pay should be considered on a person’s work ethic.
